Rich Task - Ancient China
- You are to complete ONE activity from each row (going down the page). There are nine rows so students will have to undertake 9 different activities.
- The columns (from left to right) increase in difficulty. They are worth between 1 and 6 points as shown at the very top of the first page.
- The aim of this Assessment is to reach 27 points. You will need to choose your activities wisely as you will have to get to AT LEAST 27 points by the end of this term.
- Some of the more ‘hands on’ activities will be run in class during the term but most of these activities won’t require special ingredients – just your brains and some effort!
- We will be working on this every week so you will have plenty of time to check with the teacher to make sure you are on track.
- You will be required to upload one activity per week.

You can work in groups or individually, depending on your teacher’s instructions.
Criteria for Success:
Your artwork needs to be suitable for display in the College and the audience of your work will help assess the effectiveness of your design, use of images and ability to communicate visually.
